KUSI on Managed Competition Clock

Councilmember Carl DeMaio unveils the "Managed Competition Clock" to show San Diego taxpayers how many days have passed since voters approved Prop C in 2006 requesting that city leaders use competitive bidding for all city services. The clock also shows how much money has been lost because of the delay by city politicians.
